The docking station is pretty good overall, but the biggest annoyance is that on MacOS many of the monitor resolutions are not supported so the docking station has limited usage. I contacted the support and they confirmed this is a limitation of the docking station itself. It's a shame as otherwise it would have been a great product.

I recently purchased the Anker Prime Docking Station, trusting it would be compatible with my Lenovo laptop as advertised. However, I’m encountering a serious issue: when connected to the docking station with the included USB 3.2 Gen 2 cable, the laptop briefly begins charging, then stops, then starts again, repeating this cycle continuously. The result is that the battery drains over time instead of charging.

I ensured the dock was connected to the correct port on my laptop, and I’ve double-checked all possible settings – but the problem persists. For a device at this price point, this is unacceptable, especially when the website claims compatibility with Lenovo.
