I have purchased this item along with two others. I forgot to apply the discount code, but within 20min of the purchase I made a price adjustment request because I didn't want to cancel the whole order.
Two days later the request is still on “review”. I’ve sent 4 mails providing everything that they have asked me in order to speed up the process but still no answer from Anker.
Although bought it for travelling about 10 days ago still didn’t receive it.Had to buy another one.I received and email for a new package that send to me but still uos didn’t received the package from you .Although support give me pront replies remains the fact that still waiting for my package
